One of the many benefits of yoga is that it will tone your body, as well as help your skin complexion, and peace of mind. Yoga helps improve circulation throughout the body which can help your skin feel and look better.

Stand up straight and tall, but don't be tense. Close your eyes and gently cover your face with your hands, and take 10 long, deep breaths. With your fingertips, gently rub your eyes, forehead, temples, cheeks and the rest of your face as you continue to take long, deep breaths. There is no 'magic' here. By breathing deeply, you are helping to relax your muscles and focus. The massaging helps circulation in your face, helping to create a healthy glow.

Slimmer Figure

Yoga poses help to firm up your muscles, giving you tone and shape. Here is a simple breathing techniques that will help as well.

Stand straight, feet about a foot apart. Place your hands on your hips, and make sure you are standing tall. Again, dont' be tense, but be firm in your posture. Inhale deeply, fill your lungs and take an extra breath. Exhale forcefully. Repeat 30-50 times. This helps increase your lung capacity and will firm your ab muscles. It is also a great technique to relax yourself and focus your mind.
