Pregnancy

Pregnancy is an exciting time for most women. While being pregnant can be a joy and miracle to some, there are a lot of pregnancy symptoms that can make the experience less then enjoyable. Morning sickness (ALL DAY in some cases), tender breasts, decreased energy, sore muscles, etc, can make this miracle a rough go.

It is important to get adequate prenatal care once you find out you are pregnant. If you are trying to get pregnant, start taking a prenatal vitamin to ensure you are getting proper nutrition.
